The word on most Malaysian's minds today is "Emergency", following the declaration of a state of emergency this morning, to tackle the coronavirus pandemic. The state of emergency is set to last until the 1st of August this year, but what does this mean for the Prime Minister, Parliament and all of us? We'll get the help of a Constitutional lawyer New Sin Yew to break it all down.
