Better Headmasters Lead to Better Students?

Based on research showing that having effective school principals drastically improve students’ learning outcome, Sameer Sampat pioneered a curriculum focused on training school leaders in India called the India School Leaders Institute. Sameer explains why he is taking this model abroad with the organization he co-founded called Global School Leaders. Joining him is Cheryl Ann Fernando, a Teach for Malaysia alumnae and the country director of Malaysia for Global School Leaders, tells us why she is confident this is something that can work in the Malaysian context.
