Last month, Prime Minister Dato Sri Najib Razak tabled the “mother of all budgets” in parliament. Much have been written about the various goodies included but was it friendly to parents - especially in dual-income households - struggling with childcare? Child rights advocate Datin PH Wong explains whether Budget 2018 is friendly to the childcare sector.
