The Law & Behold series is aimed at improving constitutional literacy among Malaysians, done in collaboration with The Malaysian Bar and the University of Malaya's Faculty of Law. On today’s show, we take a closer look at the proposal to set up the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) and how that will affect similar existing mechanisms.
