Investing in Girls and Women - Conclusion of the Women: Deliver Conference

Jill Sheffield, founder of both the NGO Family Care International and the Women: Deliver conference, has worked tirelessly since her twenties to help women and children worldwide access the healthcare they need. Viewing maternal health as a pillar of sustainable development, she has striven to encourage financial investment and generate political will to change the state of maternal health globally.

To conclude our coverage of the Women: Deliver conference that took place in Kuala Lumpur last week, The Bigger Picture's Charlie Morgan caught up with Jill Sheffield, founder and conference director, a few days after the conference to talk about the developments in maternal health since Jill began the conference 6 years ago.
