Jeremy Frith, Elite Cricket Coach and Coach Educator

20-Mar-18 15:00

Improving Performance through Growth Mindset

Jeremy Frith was in the country to work with some elite national athletes. He introduced them to ‘Growth Mindset’ so that these athletes can continue to progress in the face of setbacks and challenges. Tapping into the research provided by Carol Dweck, he talked to our producer on how this approach to learning is changing pedagogy, and the relationship between coaches and athletes, teachers and student and, no surprise, between managers and the downliners.
