Public opinion polls or surveys are everywhere today and have become indispensable to finding out what people think and how they behave. But what makes a good poll and how accurately do they reflect the political views of a population? Joining us to discuss the politics of polling is Ibrahim Suffian, the director of Malaysia's first polling organisation, Merdeka Center.
