The recent news of a student ramming down a motorcycle-riding snatch thief with a car divided opinions among netizens. Because the alleged perpetrator died on the spot, the student, who is also the snatch theft victim, has been charged with culpable homicide. While some have commended the victims action, others say we can’t take justice into our own hands. Safety activist Captain K. Bala returns to give us a few tips on how to respond if we ever find ourselves in a compromising situation like this.
