Heart disease is still the number one killer of Malaysians. Clearly, we’re not doing enough to reduce the burden of the disease on our population. With medical advances that are getting better at treating heart disease, have we neglected primary prevention? In conjunction with World Heart Day this Sunday, 29th September, consultant cardiologist Dr Suren Thuraisingham from Cardiac Vascular Sentral KL joins us to discuss screening for heart disease.
