You might have heard that autism is more common among boys than girls, and the ratio that is often quoted is four boys to one girl. But is there a gender bias that’s resulting in girls and women going undiagnosed? Here to help us break down these biases is Dr Dhanya Pillai, a consultant clinical psychologist.
