But what do we really know about the efficacy and safety of such traditional therapies? Today, we’re speaking to Dr Lim Ren Jye, Traditional and Complementary Medicine Consultant, and Chan Si Yan, Pharmacist, to look at whether traditional and complementary medicine has a role to play when it comes to two health issues in the bedroom: sexual disorders and sleep problems.
