Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye announced that an insurance scheme for the B40 group will be tabled in October. He said the proposal could provide insurance protection of between RM10,000 and RM20,000 a year per family for hospital bills at government and private facilities. We speak to Dr Lee to get more details on the proposed scheme.
