While heart surgery is a treatment option for most heart diseases, it doesn’t mean the disease is cured. The recovery process can be long, and can involve drastic lifestyle changes, if you want to prevent a recurrence of heart disease. So how do doctors walk their patients through this process? We find out more from Dr Hardip Singh, consultant cardiothoracic surgeon from Sunway Medical Centre.
