For years, lung cancer has ranked among the top cancers in Malaysia, and been a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. In 2025, Malaysia saw several developments in lung cancer and lung health, which will be unpacked on the Public Health show with Prof Anand Sachithanandan, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Co-Founder of Lung Cancer Network Malaysia, and Dr Muralli Munisamy, Medical Director of the National Cancer Society of Malaysia.
