What I Hate...

There’s always something that we can’t stand in other people: drivers who don’t signal when they change lanes, coworkers who talk really loudly, or relatives who offer unsolicited advice. But this can become a problem if it affects you to the point that it ruins your day or you can’t get along with others. Paul J, consultant clinical psychologist, suggests that instead of dwelling on what you hate, look at what you can change in yourself.
