But for frontline workers, the past two years have exacted a heavy toll and it is not as easy for them to move on. Ellisha Othman, clinical psychologist and Managing Director of Thrive Well, and Dr Abdul Rahman bin Ahmad Badayai, EXCO and advisor on Mental Health & Psychological Support Services, MERCY Malaysia, join us to discuss how the mental health of frontliners has been affected by the pandemic, and how to support them, especially as they bear the brunt of a badly affected healthcare system.
