The National Health and Morbidity Survey 2018 found that one in 10 elderly people in Malaysia could be living with dementia. How does dementia affect brain function and daily activities? Dr Gunasundari Pushparasah, Consultant Physician & Neurologist from ParkCity Medical Centre, joins us to discuss the impact of dementia on individuals, as well as what family members and caregivers need to know about caring for someone with dementia.
