Dr Pimple Popper On Being A Dermatologist, Skin Health & Popping Pimples!

Pimple popping videos are polarising: you either find satisfaction in watching them or you’re easily grossed out by them. And it’s clear that a lot of people do enjoy watching these videos, as we’ve seen with the popularity of the reality TV series, Dr Pimple Popper. With 9 seasons aired since 2018, Dr Sandra Lee, better known as Dr Pimple Popper, has made extraction videos popular in the mainstream media, and through her platform she’s also helped to raise awareness about skincare and health. Dr Lee joins us in the studio today to talk about her journey into medicine & dermatology, and to answer some questions from our listeners about skin health - and whether they really should pop that pimple.
