Don’t Neglect Women in Perimenopause

We pay a lot of attention to the changes that happen to a woman after menopause (rightly so), but the experience of perimenopause is often neglected. Menopause doesn’t happen overnight, and in most cases, the perimenopausal phase has a significant impact on a woman’s wellbeing and that of her family. We explore how a woman's overall mental and emotional wellbeing is tied in with her experience of perimenopause, and how that transitions into menopause.
