Doctor in the House : Neon Roberts

Neon Roberts is a seven year old boy previously at the centre of a medical legal tussle when his mother disappeared with him before his treatment for brain cancer could be completed in December last year. This brought up a lot of questions and issues, relating to the rights of parents and patients and the role of doctors in determining the right course of treatment.

Dr. George Lee, joined by Navindran Subramaniam, a lawyer with an interest in medical law, and Professor Hany Ariffin, consultant paediatric oncologist, dissect the case and lay bare the facts and matters.
