Why are so many orthodontic and dental procedures available through unqualified people? Dr Kathiravan Perumal, President of the Malaysian Orthodontic Practitioners Association, and Dr Leong Kei Joe, President of the Malaysian Dental Association, explain what consumers should look out for.
