Brain Waves: Food For Thought

Ulam is a staple part of the diets of many Malaysians, and many of us probably don’t give much thought to it when we add it to our meals. And looking at the bigger picture, how much does our diet affect our brain health? Dr Suzana Shahar, Professor in Nutrition & Dietetics at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia joins Dr Azlina Ahmad Annuar, neurogeneticist, to discuss more.
