BFM's Healthy Ageing 2019 Part 2 of 2: The Heart & The Mind

Everyone talks about healthy ageing, but what does it mean? We look at healthy ageing from the perspective of cardiovascular health with Consultant Interventional Cardiologist Dato’ Dr Yap Yee Guan and Consultant Vascular Surgeon Dr Naresh Govindarajanthran, from Sunway Medical Centre, and dietitian L. Mageswary Lapchmanan, from the Ministry of Health. From the heart, we move to mental health issues with Consultant Neurosurgeon Dr Syed Abdullah Al-Haddad, Consultant Geriatrician Dr Philip Poi Jun Hua, and Clinical Psychologist Aina Nur Azmi, from Sunway Medical Centre.
