Gyms and training centres are also shut due to the pandemic and the MCO, so how can athletes - both amateur and professional - maintain athleticism and their fitness during this time? And what happens if they don’t? Consultant orthopaedic surgeon Dr Harjeet Singh joins us for his insights.
